Investment Share Return Rate Now Posted
The Investment Share rate of return has been added to the Investments & Loans rate page on www.mscu.com. The rate will be updated monthly to include the previous month and the year-to-date average return. Please remember that the final dividend rate is based on the yearly average and may fluctuate throughout the year.
As outlined in the Offering Statement, the MSCU Board of Directors has defined the rate as 100 Basis Points or 1% above the simple average of the monthly 5-year Government of Canada benchmark bond yields for each month of the MSCU fiscal year. Investment Shares were a limited offering that closed on June 27, 2005.
